Patricia Connly: Office Manager. Patty has been the office manager since 1996. She is often the first person a client speaks with. Her professionalism and courteous manner are virtues we could not do without.

Jack Kenney: Operations Manager Central Massachusetts. Jack joined the company in 2001. He brings an extensive background in quality control and health and safety administration. Jack runs a precise operation and has excellent communications skills for dealing with both customers and employees. |

Timothy Brecht: Quality Control Manager Central Massachusetts. Tim has been with the company since 2003. He performs inspections of all accounts and reports directly to the head office. Tim identifies areas of concern on accounts and works with the employees to correct and retrain on all cleaning issues. |

Charles Thurman: Operations Manager Western Massachusetts. Charles has been at MCC since 1993, and in that time he has worked his way through the ranks to become the operations manager. His work ethic is an inspiration to those who work with him. Charles truly leads by example. |

Bob Henry: Quality Control Manager Western Massachusetts: Bob began working with MCC through his window cleaning business. Now, as an MCC employee, his enthusiasm on the job and relationship with the employees has helped increase customer satisfaction greatly in Western Mass. |
